We need managers and coaches for T-ball (2 teams) and majors! If you have the patience to show kids how to function as a team, to focus on performing at the best of their abilities, and to have a love for the game, then you have the qualities of a great coach.

This is a kind reminder that KMLL is a 100% volunteer organization. The success of KMLL depends on parent participation and just like any little league, we need all the help we can get.

Make a difference in the lives of the kids of this League and sign up today to be a coach!

Fall Ball is a great time for reps, reps, and more reps. Fall Ball is great for all the extra batting practice, extra turns in the field, and teaching more players the fundamentals of more positions. Fall Ball is a way to develop skills to help the player advance next year.

Each Fall Ball division is open to all players who will be playing in that same division the following spring season. Thus, Fall Ball is a great opportunity for younger players who will be moving up an age division to accustom themselves to the more demanding game.  It is also a great opportunity for 2nd year kids in these divisions to get extra reps and continued coaching so that they can continue to develop their baseball skill sets.

If you are on the fence because you are concerned about about the schedule or you child's commitment, ask yourself this: "Will a season like this allow my player to develop some confidence which will allow them to enjoy the game more?" If that answer is yes, you should seriously consider joining.
