The player assessments will be held on two Saturdays, Jan 21st & 28th (see details below) at the KMLL Majors Field. The goal of the assessment is to verify residency, player age, and meet players and parents. Player age verification and residency documents will be collected. Players will be assessed by coaches to make sure players are placed in the appropriate division and to maintain a competitive balance between teams.

Proof Residency (3 forms from different categories or proof of school attendance)
Birth Certificate, Original or Certified
Medical Release Form
Assessments will be divided into 2 different days and 2 different time slots. Your player will only need to be present for one of the dates and the time set aside for your child's league age. Arrive 30 minutes prior for paperwork collection.
