The Closing Day Ceremony will start around 12:00 PM after the last game has ended*. Please have your players in uniform at the fields no later than noon so they can meet up with their teams and assemble on the field before the ceremonies.  This is a great photo opportunity for teams receiving trophies and graduating players.

*Closing Day Schedule of Events:

• Before 9:00 AM
  • Bounce houses, tables, and generators arrive. Majors field prep, trophy table, team basket table
• 9:30 AM - Express vs Diamonds (Majors Field)
  
• 10:30 AM 
  • CAPS Parents vs Kids Game (Caps Field)
  • Rookies vs TBall (TBall field)
  • Snack Shack Open
• 11:30 AM - DJ, Balloon/Facepaint arrive
• 12:00 PM - Ceremony (between Majors and Minors field near snack shack)
  
  • Color Guard/National Anthem
  • Welcome Address
  • Little League Oath
  • Parade of Teams
  • Team Trophies
• 1:00 - 3:00 PM 
  • Celebration Activities include a Bounce House, photo booth, Face Paint, DJ with music, Team Basket Auction, and Carnival-style games
  • Baseball Events @ the Majors field 
    • Last Man Standing: players from shortstop toss to first
    • T-Game: hit off a T and the other team has to run to the ball and bases = points. (4 teams with one player from Diamonds, Express, Dominators, and Rookies)
    • Home Run Derby: 
      • Round 1 - home plate behind 2B
      • Round 2 - home plate behind pitcher's mound
      • Round 3 - home plate in front of pitcher's mound
      • Round 4 - at home plate as applicable

Snack Shack
The Snack Shack will be open for Closing Day to serve food, snacks and drinks. We will have lunch special of pulled pork sandwiches, nachos, and fries.
